This golf course consists of two Par 3's, five Par 4's and two Par 5's and plays to a maximum distance of 3168 yards with a course rating of 36.0 and a slope of 122 over 9 holes. Two sets of men's tees and a single set of ladies' tees create an enjoyable test of golf for players of all abilities. The practice area at the facility includes a separate putting green. Food and beverage options include a restaurant with full service bar.

Located south of the Abilene Community Center, the complex contains four fields used for youth baseball, softball programs, and various youth tournaments. This location is home to the Abilene High School softball.

Two softball fields and one baseball field, located at the end of East 6th Street. The Daryl Beemer Ball Complex is an excellent place to play ball, built in 1991. All-lime fields and cement dug-outs with covers. T-Ball, coach pitch, softball, and baseball. Games for boys and girls ages 5 through 18 and men’s slow pitch and fast pitch softball held from the end of May to the first part of August. Playing nearly every night. Shelter and picnic tables along with large concession stand.

Indian Hill Golf Club is a public-access daily fee course located in the town of Chapman, Kansas which is located in the East-Northeast part of the state halfway between Salina and Topeka on I-70.
The 18-hole "Chisholm Trail" course at the GreatLife Golf & Fitness At Chisholm Trail facility in Abilene, Kansas features 6,568 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. Designed by Jon Thayer, Sr., the Chisholm Trail golf course opened in 1999. GreatLife Golf & Fitness manages this facility, with Krista Lough as the General Manager.
The Old Abilene Town Gunfighters is a non-profit organization of men and women volunteers that strives to recreate a rowdy day in an old west cowtown. Through improvisational gunfights, speaking on local history, and teaching a little gun safety we educate and entertain the public.
